Paradigm Industrial Invests in North
Dayton
A growing Dayton specialty manufacturer
and services firm will renovate a North
Dayton property and expand its product
and service lines to better serve its
industrial, medical and technology
customers.
Paradigm Industrial will invest more
than $260,000 in building improvements
at 1354 Stanley Ave. The City of Dayton
is supporting the investment with a
$50,000 grant approved by the City
Commission.
Founded in 1999, Paradigm offers a
variety of products and services
including specialized welding, custom
machining and manufacturing, industrial
maintenance and repair, and technical
staffing and consulting.
Paradigm will add 10 jobs, with an
average annual salary of $34,560, to its
current staff of 18 full-time employees.
The company is positioned to expand its
product and service lines in several
areas, including custom-made surgical
instruments and medical products
including artificial knees and hips.
"The City of Dayton is pleased to
support Paradigm Industrial's growth,"
said City Manager Rashad Young.
"Paradigm recognizes the remarkable
technical and human resources available
in Dayton."
