I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent help that your team has provided for us during the past year. At nearly “a moments notice,” you were able to provide skilled trades assistance on several “peak demand” occasions. The quick response greatly enhanced our ability to service our customers in a timely fashion, with a high quality product.

As you know, our business is very cyclical in nature. PCU is an OEM of capital equipment for the automotive and industrial markets. At any time, an order could suddenly put a large demand on resources in our pipe-fitting, mechanical assembly, electrical, welding, and machining departments.

Every time that we have called you for help, you were able to provide us with experienced, skilled trade resources that had the abilities to step in and build our product as if they were employees of ours for ten years. Not only has the learning curve been extremely short (hours) due to the extensive experience of the Paradigm people and our internal structure, we were often able to build our product in a shorter amount of time with the added bonus of insight garnered from years of broad based experience. At the end of a big project, when Paradigm’s assistance was no longer needed, your people would roll out of our facility, helping us to keep our labor costs under control by not having to carry someone for the balance of some arbitrary contract. It is truly a win-win arrangement, and we look forward to a continued relationship during a stronger economy in 2003.
